Commission prices are always posted, there may be deals or increased prices in the future depending the stances.my form may repeat the same information to assure understanding before picking me as your artist.
COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
I personally stick to my rule that once a commission is complete it is completely yours, I won't stop you from how you use it, however I do not agree to my time and work given to you being used for your own profit. You can use it, share it, print it for your own use but not for a money gain.
Full Payments up-front.
I have a system in place that may seem unfair to others but is rightfully in place for my own protection.
Logically to me saying for a commissioner that they can pay half up-front and the rest later only opens the oppurtunity of being ripped off during the progress and I mentally am not up to dealing with that.When I accept your commission and the time comes to draw it, I will go over the information and prices and ask for complete full payment on the spot before I begin. It ensures safety that later down the road during sketch or handing over finished work you can not rip me off from my time. I am not saying everyone will try to, but it is how I will work.If there is any issue to occur, say you don't have the money and I have not started your commission yet, you are allowed to back out and I can put you on a waiting list for next time when you are ready.Also, though I have a rule of No Refunds, If there is any rare possibility I am unable to finish the work, I will notify you and give complete refund with an apology.
Payment Methods.
In my commission page, I have set the currency to USD. Simple explanation is that majority of my audience is overseas and use USD. If you do not use that currency, then you will have to use a money converter easily provided by google to send the exact amount equal to the USD price.I only accept PayPal. PayPal has mixed reviews for commission artists, but it is reliable in protection to both parties and I have been most comfortable using without an issue.
My Rights.
I am a pretty open-minded individual, but if I am not comfortable with the request given or you by any given reason,
I am allowed to refuse the commission. I do not have to explain why but in few cases I will give the reason.[Some reasons for request can come as simple as me not being comfortable with certain characters, a ship or scenario.]I expect you to treat me respectfully as an artist and a human being, If you can not do that and decide to be rude I have the right to block you and deny any future service with you.
Requirments.
In the Commission Form, I request you double-read the short Guide and Process. It ensures that you are 100% sure as you fill out the form. No matter the way of contact, you MUST fill out this form, you are allowed to continue personal messages via socials if you have further information or questions.The rest will be sorted in the form.
Additional Information.As I am a SFW and NSFW artist, there are still limits to what I can do and accept. If something does not sit well with me, I will inform you and we can talk about it incase you want to drop the request or have a backup idea.Such includes for types of scenarios or relationship dynamics given, but most importantly will be most brought up for NSFW chosen art that introduce topics of Kinks/Fetish. I am most likely on the tip of the iceberg on what NSFW can hold, but it does not mean I'll close off to everything that is new unless I am just out-right uncomfortable.There is alot I have not put on the Commission post and Commission form but will be open to still discuss.
